Online forms with no payment associated

In eTap we had online forms for donors to update their information, opt into email lists, etc. that did not have a transaction associated with them. This option was hugely necessary for our organization and needs to be an added feature in RENXT.

    Many of our donors will not want to use their credit card. They would prefer to be sent a letter and mail a check directly to the organization.
