Database View Constituent Export Active Opportunities Only
The ability to export only active opportunities, as well as opportunities of a specific 'Purpose" should be added to constituent exports.

There should be more options for which Proposals/Opportunities you want to export. Especially active/inactive right now you only have the option of purpose. You should be able to sort which one exports first as well.
