Add Opportunity Purpose when adding an Opportunity

I would like gift officers and prospect managers/researchers to be able to add a Purpose to the table as they are adding the opportunity from NXT.

I would like to be able to pull a list of organizations with the primary contact that does not include the spouse when the spouse is not affiliated with the organization. Currently when I pull a primary contact, the primary addressee shows up which is both constituents.

I would like to be able to run a gift report that shows cumulative giving for a household. Currently I can only run on individual constituents and then need to manually combine their giving for an annual report of giving.
