OLX allows us to deactivate a donation form as needed. For example, we can only sell 1,000 tickets for a raffle. When we get close to that 1,000 ticket being sold, we would deactivate the form in OLX so we don't oversell the tickets. This year, we went with WebView donation forms since BB wants to go to all WebView in the near future. We can't deactivate so we have to have our website designer/ manager deactivate it and reactivate it.
We need to be able to deactivate and reactivate a form as needed.
I am in the US and I have not used the Online Registration Form. I'll look into it.
Hello! Thanks for this idea! I'm marketing this as Voting Open, but did want to see if you're a US customer and if so, have you checked out the Online Registration Form for this use case? That form is more geared towards ticketing and capacities than the donation form.
We'll be taking that form international starting later this year so hopefully even if you're not in the US you may be able to check this out soon!
