Add ability to just make a donation on an event registration form (if a guest cannot attend)
It is frustrating that you can only add the option for an ADDITIONAL donation in OLX but not give donors who cannot attend the event the option of making a donation WITHOUT adding a whole other form to the page to handle this. This functionality is available in other online registration/donation software. Please add.

We are Gala planning as well and really need this functionality.
Coming up on gala planning season again and PLEASE this would be SO helpful.
It would be great if the form allowed for the option to not purchase the tickets but only make a donation. This is very necessay when selling tickets online for a Gala using the Events Form. Our workaround right now is to create another form and have 2 separate links on our event landing site for purchase tickets or make a contribution.
Other databases that I have worked in the past (Donor Perfect) allowed for the option in only make a donation on the ticketed event form.
Other vendors like Donor Perfect and Luminate are able to do this. I don't see why this cannot be implemented on an NXT online registration form. This is very common for events like an Annual Gala.
PLEASE PLEASE add this feature to the event registration forms. Even ETapestry had this option. People will not want to click to yet another form to donate.
Yes please! It's so common to get an rsvp of "I cannot attend but here's my donation" and to have that all in one place tied to the event itself would be very helpful
This will be really valuable when the registration forms come online for NXT forms, too!
