Ability to Inactivate Donation Form

We like to create donation forms for each appeal to match the branding and images used in the print and digital communications. It would be nice to be able to inactivate donation pages once we are done with them. I wouldn't want to delete, so we can retain the history.

We definitely need this option to end date or inactive donation forms. As Kelly mentioned we have lots of forms and we need to be able to stop people from using them once an appeal/campaign has ended.
