Ability to edit NXT donation forms gift aid fields

It would be great to have the a ability to edit the gift aid declaration on NXT donation forms, to allow for retrospective Gift Aid claims

    as a work around you can change the wording on the for to be retrospective and then do a global update periodically to amend teh start date to 4 years previous to the made date
