Not all required fields chosen in database view are required in NXT
For example, Nickname / Preferred Name is required in our RE database, but I cannot make it required in RE-NXT. As more & more staff are using NXT, this is creating probems.
We have this same problem: Yes, we use nickname/preferred name in all our personalized email communications, so we've made it required, but we are unable to make it required in web view. Additionally, new records are being added to our database through forms and are missing preferred name. We need a way to create new records with a default (ie first name for preferred name) and for addressee/salutation as well.
