Make custom fields required in NXT

We have some custom fields (attributes) set as required fields in database view and also need them to be required fields in NXT.

    This should apply to all attributes as well. We have required action attributes in database view and it is so frustrating and requires continuous staff data checks to ensure web users enter them.

    Made a gift attribute required in DB view as the data is required for Org reporiting and it is not a required field in NXT which is frustrating :(
