Required fields are critical for data integrity across the system and I see many posts requesting this change. Several are marked as shipped, but they are specific to an action or a gift or an attribute but don't address the overall need for what is required on the database side to be respected in NXT. Don't make us request each place a field can be required - look at the overall impact of required fields.

This should apply to all attributes as well. We have required action attributes in database view and it is so frustrating and requires continuous staff data checks to ensure web users enter them.

Made a gift attribute required in DB view as the data is required for Org reporiting and it is not a required field in NXT which is frustrating :(
