Currently, we are able to pull a disbursement report from Merchant Services (MS) but it does not contain the constituent name and/or ID or the campaign/fund from Raiser’s Edge (RE). Inversely, we can pull a report/query out of RE by gift date, but it does not contain the fee associated with each gift. We must allocate the fees associated with each gift. We moved from Authorized.Net because of their reporting issues. I don’t want to come up with a workaround to get the needed information from RE. It would be beneficial if we could pull a report of a gift with the constituent’s name and ID, and campaign/fund and its associated fee from MS
