Required/mandatory fields for gifts from DB view

Required/mandatory fields for gifts from DB view should be respected in webview

At our organisation, we have Campaign and Appeal as mandatory fields for gifts, however webview allows gifts to be added without these filled in - which then breaks the reporting in webview also.
