Email Year end giving statements as an attachment to a customizable email

As long as we have been with BB, it has been a struggle each year to send year end statements by email. We desperately need the ability to send year end giving statements that are customizable as a PDF attachment to a customizable email through NXT.

I like the idea from a commenter that all we need are totals, not all transactions as well. Please implement this before the end of 2025!!!!!

    Allow us to customize this! I cannot understand why this isn't possible yet, or wasn't developed that way to begin with.

    I cannot understand why BB can not come up with a usable form - they actually have the perfect format but they need to get rid of the itemized listing - just how much total was given to each fund by the donor - that is all we need. Kinda makes you wonder why the company that can do so much with the information that we input - cannot come up with a simple form!?!

    We need the ability to customize the giving statement document to add in only the transactions that are donations as well as language required by the IRS to make the document an official tax statement.
