year end statement
We used the WebView Giving statements for our End of Year email report and it was perceived as confusing, impersonal and unprofessional.
It would be helpful if the ability to include a cover letter; , customized the header and footer in both email and pdf format; simplify table header (Date of Gift, Fund, Gift Amount, Costs of goods & services amount, Tax deductible amount, etc.), just as a start.
