The Action status

The action status field codes in RE7 and RENXT are not the same fields shown in RE Analyze.  I would like to see a report based on that field because fundraisers use that field to define a specific action before marking the completed box. Currently, I am not sure where the choices for action status are coming from or it only allows me to choose certain codes.

    <knock knock> Just making sure Blackbaud is listening to this one. This is still a very painful point for us. We can't really use the reporting function in web-view without this ability.

    We use the Action Status field in database-view to further define whether an action is a Move or an Activity. This is a very important field for us, and one that we track as a Gift Officer metric. At present, there doesn't appear to be a way for us to analyze this metric in the web-view, which is VERY disappointing. :(

    I know this is two years old but this would be REALLY helpful for us. We have a bunch of meetings marked complete but were cancelled, and they are all pulling into the analyze report as actual completed visits because I can't filter by the Action Status we use in DB view.
