In RE NXT under Opportunities, transfer/show the notes from the RE database prospect/proposal tab

With all of my grants/proposals that I have entered into the RE database under the prospect tab, then proposals, I also use the "notes" section within the proposal tab to discuss contacts/info related specifically to that proposal.  However, I see none of these notes have transferred over to my constiuents in RE NXT, which is really critical to my whole portfolio and includes MANY of my constituents.  Ideally the notes would transfer over directly under the opportunities sections, similar to how they are linked to my proposal in the database, but they don't even show up in the general notes section of NXT.  I would also like to see a feature to add a note under opportunities, as it relates specicically to each proposal/opportunity, versus putting ALL notes in the general notes section.

This will be important to us to ensure we can capture detailed information on our opportunities. Considering it is not possible to increase the character limit on custom fields, there is no way to log detailed notes on our proposals.

It's completely mad that this hasnt been fixed yet. Notes under Proposal from database view MUST be viewable on NXT otherwise we can't adopt the Opportunities area of NXT.

We need to see Proposal Notes in Opportunities in NXT, otherwise we have to keep using database view. This is crucial. also we need to see all the information under the general tab of the proposal in both database view and Web view

This is where our fundraisers provided further explanation of the proposed project, general strategy notes, ask ranges, verbal commitments, reason for decline, etc.

This is a huge issue for our organisation where we were using notes to track updates on proposals and now fundraisers can't see this in NXT, they may stop updating it! It feels strange to have this vital aspect of their work missing.

Yes! I added so many notes before I realized my team can't even see them!

Yes I would also like the proposal notes on RE to pull through to the opportunities tab on NXT

Adding another voice to the chorus. Essential to have an ability to keep progress notes directly in the opportunity record.

This is vital! We have so many notes that have been created in Proposals in the database view that are no where in NXT.  I have a feeling this will be a huge problem getting people out of the database and over to NXT and it might actually force us to look at another system all together.  We need to be able to see all the notes that are in the database, please!

Adding our voice to this one as well (Duplicated idea under https://renxt.ideas.aha.io/ideas/RENXT-I-563 ?)

We use proposal notes to track updates on the progress of proposal development, and the history of those is important to maintain, so we would really like to be able to see these on the opportunity records in NXT.  We are starting to use the opportunity summary note to enter udpates, but then there is no way to retain that information as additional updates are made. It would be very messy to just maintain one long summary note.  We would like to be able to store these "historical" notes on the opportunity record and have the summary note be the most current update.
