As part of our annual Major Donor solicitation planning, we put in a single proposal that may involve multiple ask components so that we are approaching donors with a comprehensive annual giving plan. For example, we might be asking a donor to give to our annual fund, a project restricted gift, and to sponsor and event all in on meeting.

Our gift officers currently fill out a proposal entry template which we then import onto their major donor records using ImportOmatic.  The breakdown of the ask components is included in a note on the proposal, but then, when working in NXT, the gift officers won't be able to see this not.  It would be good if you could see all associated notes in NXT whether created in web or database view.
