The event registration form designer needs a middle name option

Any time we give a registrant or new constituent an opportunity to add a middle name/initial, that is potential gold in the bank of the DBA. This option has been added to donation form designer; please add it to event form designer as well!!

    Thanks for the idea, Katy! We do have this work defined and are working on finding a spot to start the development. I'll update this Idea when I have a better idea of a timeline!
