Although we made a brand card template and were ready to move forward with these new forms, not being able to allow different designations is quite limiting, for us as well as our donors. BB chat initially said we could have multiple forms live at once. And now today another associate is saying we cannot.

BB chat recommended against us trying multiple scripts/widgets on a page/multiple optimized forms in order to work around this issue. Until this is fixed, it looks like we will be stuck with standard forms.

The optimized forms have a great design but not having the ability to have a drop down menu for multiple designations is preventing us from using the forms.

Yes! This is crucial. I would venture to say nearly all donation forms have a dropdown for designation and every organization I know NEEDS this. Please make this a priority or NXT Forms are useless to us.

Totally agree. A no brainer. We love the design but useless until multiple designations are available to our donors.
