It is astounding this is not an option, I know that blackbaud has ideas of what a soft-credit means to them, but orgs have had their databases for decades and have them set up in a certain way. If we have the ability in the database, we should have the same ability in the webview. Not giving us these options makes us database admins look like fools to our fundraisers.

Admin, I think there are multiple ideas on this that should be consolidated.

Agree with this! Fundraisers want up to date dashboards with accurate donor amounts and this makes it very difficult.

This is the difference between having a refreshed report automated and users needing to create a report every time. We pay for this functionality. Please make it functional!
