Customized PDF of giving statement and receipts with our OWN WORDING and BRANDING
As of now , the giving statement and receipts in PDF are black and white, we cannot customize our own message, our own thank you to our donors, our own layout; we cannot even add a logo or anything... we cannot customize and remove unessessary part of the giving statement...
Both PDF of giving statement and gift receipts are VERY BLEND AND BORING.. we need branding! We need to send our donors nice and presentable statement and receipts in our own words and branding!

This seems like a given - I cannot even get the PDF receipt to be one page - what a pain for the donor and those who still print - a lot of donors are of the generation where even though they get an e-receipt they still print. Not to mention it is so ugly. We need to edit font and size at the very least.
It would be helpful if we could insert/upload our own templates and add in selected fields/table entries. We are doing so much of our work manually that the database should be able to do for us by now. These were features that we had in database view that were taken away when we changed over to NXT due to the lack of integration capabilities with Microsoft products. Please Help!

This is a basic function that is long overdue.
This would be a fantastic addition to the giving statements.
This is the main reason orgs I've worked with don't use them. If they can customize the look and feel and add a message to it to make it look more donor friendly, it would save everyone a ton of time by being able to pull it straight out of RE.

Providing the ability to customize and brand for giving statements and receipts should not have to be voted on. This should be a given baseline need for all organizations in today's environment.
I ditto the comments on this being a tool that is needed and in this time of technology, surprising that it does not exist yet. Adding my vote!

It's ridiculous that we still have to vote on this topic. This should have been available from the start.
We support Foundations that want custom look based on each of them, so this would be very important. They can be pretty confusing to decipher as well. In this age with AI and Canva and so much wonderful design and user friendly options, this is not ideal.
This is a long overdue upgrade. The receipts and end of year statements are ugly and don't allow any branding or messages.
Being able to customize and make the receipts and end of year statements look like they came from the foundation that the donor gave to is very important. Also, the PDF's provided by RE are almost unprofessional looking - and very hard to read. Please let us customize!!
What does "Voting Open" mean? There are over 900 votes and now....an email indicates Voting Open? Does this indicate movement of some kind along the Idea Bank journey?
We also need the ability to have multiple giving statements in one document/PDF instead of separate PDF's for each person if you are trying to print giving statements for multiple donors, for example, monthly giving donors.
Also, we process gifts for three different tax IDs. It'd be great to be able to filter on fund and receipt by those different IDs. Thank you for considering!
