This information helps build proper lists and provides us with details on how to communicate to our constituents more meaningfully.
The two items here that I most wish we had are A/B testing and tracking of what people are clicking on.
Almost all other email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) have a way to view statistics for email marketing and contact trends. It would be really nice to know what the negative list growth trend is, be able to view the open rate in the prior calendar year vs. the current calendar year, etc. It's hard to be able to know if the changes we are making are working if there is no way to have insight into how our emails / lists compare year-over-year, or even month to month. We'd love to see this feature added to Raiser's Edge NXT!
We feel the same way. We really need more in-depth knowledge on what people are clicking on. We may be forced to look into other options like mail chimp as well as others who have commented. Please fix this issue Blackbaud!
I am going to use Online Express instead of NXT because of the link click reporting. The fact that NXT does not have proper reporting is very frustrating!!
We also need the ability to pull one list from each email that has received, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribed. It takes forever to download lists for each status manually.

This would be such a helpful tool for the work we do. I'm amazed it isn't offered already.
This is needed - quickly. We have recently moved to RE NXT, and in our training were told having integrated emails was great because we can manage consent in real time without having to export out to another system, see in real time who is responding to emails, who is opening/donating etc. But to now realise that we can't see which stories people are engaging with on their click through is a huge disappointment. I will now have to go back to MailChimp for our campaign delivery which is really not ideal at all.
The fact that Blackbaud would put out a commercial email marketing tool without exportable reporting features is maddening. I've pulled data before - by having to build lists, exporting them, cross-reference them with copied-and-pasted views, and then segmenting. It takes hours to manage a workflow that other blackbaud tools already do natively.
There has to be a better way.
We have to have a way to report on hard vs soft bounces. It's visible in the Email History tile, why isn't available for reporting?
I would also like to see dates of unsubscribed
