Taking the dashboard emails subscription one step further - allow users to set up criteria on lists or reports that trigger emailed notifications rather than just time periods.

I saw another idea regarding new donation report, but new gifts >$1,000, a list of all donors from the past month, recent appeal performance, no actions in 90 days, etc. are examples of some criteria-based reports/lists that would be useful.
