Some donors are getting stuck at the credit card payment part of our donation form, saying they're clicking on "credit card" but it doesn't do anything; they don't realize they have to click on "Secure Payment" in order to proceed. Our fundraising team has been getting calls from people who couldn't figure out how to complete their payment on our donation form.

If the donor has selected to pay by automatic bank withdrawal, the button says "Donate." This is a much clearer submission button. It would be better if they both said that. However, that button cannot be edited in Online Express "due to how the plugin is hard coded," according to Blackbaud support.

It would be helpful for donors if the payment button was either editable, or designed differently so that it's clearer and more consistent.
