I use both Duplicate Constituent tool in database view and on NXT and neither pick up all the duplicates - I have found a lot where the email address matches but perhaps nothing else on the record, because one is an e-newsletter sign up and we don't have name or address. Or others where it is a woman's maiden name vs. married name. So the duplicate tools should really be able to search for these records.
