When saving a custom insight, allow 'Others Can View' and 'Others Can Manage' options

When saving a custom insight, it would be nice to be able to save it so that others can only view it and not make any edits to your hard work. If you want others to edit it, then you could choose to let others manage it.

    I would be in favor of saving with view only rights to other users.
