Attachments in NXT need more than a tag to describe the attachment

When viewing attachments all you are able to see is the tag i.e. correspondence, photo, gift detail. It would be helpful if you could see the what appears in database view as Description. There is an Attachment name in NXT which doesn't appear in the Media tab in database view.

Media description needs to be visible in NXT in addition to the title Merged

When uploading a file in Media, I always had the date, the type of file, the attachment and then put a description in. I did not fill in the Title because I thought that the Description was sufficient. Come to find out, now that we are using NXT, ...

Include attachment description in NXT view Merged

We have laboriously added descriptions to all of our media attachments in the database view, but the descriptions are not accessible in NXT. Because of this, we no longer know what the attachment is unless we open it up.

Attachments need to be viewable in BOTH database view and NXT. Also a description field. Merged

You should be able to add an attachment in either database or NXT and it should be viewable in BOTH. Until there is no longer a database field...you have to have it that way.
