Allow donation form designer to sort fund names on NXT Gift Forms

I'm a bit frustrated that the fund picklist on NXT forms can't be sorted, and that there is no "Other" option on the gift form. The BBNC gift forms and other gift form solutions from Blackbaud offer this option, and not including it is a significant oversight that can really frustrate donors who are looking for funds we've identified as a priority.

We've just released the ability to sort and rename fund names on the donation form. This will be announced in next week's What's New.

To access this, after adding your funds, go to Step 2. Form and select the "Edit" option when you hover over the fund list.

From this screen you'll see all of your funds listed, you can switch between the default A-Z sort or setting the order, which allows you to drag and drop the funds in the order you want them to display to the order.

This would be helpful for when we try to mimic a paper form (as well as in general).
