Require Phone Number - Donation Form Builder Merged

In order to keep good records and follow up with donors, we really need the option to require phone numbers.

    I agree, this would be very helpful to require a number. Online Express already can, so to make this an option in NXT forms would be great.

    This is urgent! At least make it optional to require the phone number!
