Show country field in WebView

I read a similar idea by someone else, but it was marked as "already exists" and I don't think it does.
We are unable to see the country field in NXT (unless we go in to edit an address).
If someone writes to use from Manchester (UK), we are likely to assume it's Manchester (MA) if no country field is present.
It would be great if this could be fixed/improved.

    Just to add a use case for clean up: We have many USA, US and United States United States. entries. Some of these are on gift records and can't be changed on the front end of RE as far as I can tell. A table clean up option would be great to 'switch' all, say, US entries to United States (assuming this would include all instances of US).

    Also cleaning up countries/international is problematic (currently only in Database view). Please make it easier to merge entries like table clean up in web view.

    Exporting the Country field is also problematic (Mail).
