Add ability to filter by Gift custom fields in Dashboard Builder

Some reports need be filtered by the gift custom fields, and currently there is no way in report builder to create a report based on gift custom fields.

    I am shocked that you can't filter by gift amount in custom dashboards. Cumulative or one-time gift amounts seem like a filter that should be EXPECTED in a fundraising database LOL
