When a donor makes a donation through a NXT

When a donor makes a donation through a NXT Donation Form, provide a "order review" screen prior to submitting the donation.

Similar to most retail vendors, provide the donor with a review page to allow them to double check their donation and information that they are submitting, prior to clicking on the "Donate" button.
