Add customizable confirmation page after donation through NXT form

After someone makes a gift using the NXT donation form, it would be wonderful to have them directed to a customized confirmation/landing page where we could have a short thank you and any other information we think is important. This option is currently available in Online Express and it is very useful.

      In Online Express, we use the automated donor email as a way to provide an automated gift acknowledgement/receipt to the donor, such that we only have to process tribute letters in-house. Without this automated functionality, we are taking a step backwards.
