Our organization would greatly benefit from an automatic RENXT/RE7 Outlook integration that captures all correspondence between a constituent or organization and a member of our organization automatically. We would like to have the option to turn on this feature and all emails will log under the constituent's action by subject. Also, all relative actions with the same subject will list under the day the conversation was initiated by email. It will be beneficial for this to be a real-time sync or nightly batch daily. The plug-in is available but we would like this function to be automatic.
