We love the RE NXT Outlook Plugin and have more than a dozen staff who use it regularly. We're appreciative that this plugin is in active development, and some of our early pet peeves have been seen to and fixed! It's very uplifting to be able to tell staff that the little thing that has been annoying them has been changed, and it goes a long way to reinforcing trust and confidence in our software provider.

This suggestion came up today from one of our dedicated users. We have sent emails to a handful of donors which has a letter and form attached as a PDF file. Each file is unique to each donor, and we'd like to capture this. We're thrilled to be able to add the email from within outlook and even link it back to the opportunity - but we'd like to suggest having the option to add the attachments from the email to the action as well?

Right now we have to go into RE NXT after adding the action from within outlook and add the attachment to the action after the fact.
