NXT's current Outlook integration capabilities leave something to be desired. When syncing actions to an Outlook calendar, I'm running into 3 major problems I didn't have with RE7:
1. I can't choose what calendar to sync to/can't sync to more than one calendar at a time.
2. Details about constituents aren’t being transferred with the action (e.g. the calendar item says “Task/Other” instead of “The XYZ Foundation – Task/Other”).
3. It doesn’t automatically update my calendar if I change the action date in NXT
My manager and I relied heavily on these features in RE7 for task management. It's frustrating and time consuming having to manually enter actions like proposal deadlines in both NXT and Outlook, especially considering the upgrade to NXT was supposed to offer us more features, not fewer.
We have a similar issue with #3. When changing a date for a meeting in NXT, it does not remove or change current Outlook calendar event. It creates a second Action. It would be very helpful to change the current event instead of creating a second one.

Can someone email me at mgraves@lifespan.org to even know how to set up this crappy version of the sync in NXT?

1) No constituent name in Outlook appointment
2) No phone number/email in Outlook for phone/email actions

I am interested in creating an action from Outlook calendar item. We can create action from email but not calendar.
