Automatically log email communication on the constituent record when generated via RENXT email address

It would be great to have email communication recorded on the constituent record in RENXT when you generate the email from the constituent's record.

You can use Blackbaud for Gmail and Blackbaud for Outlook as Laura shared. These add ons are slow and inefficient. Better than nothing. If you click on the email from within RE you can also create an action but then you have to add the details.

We don't have Microsoft Exchange and working with Outlook 2007 in the Database view is really poor. When we were hosted by Concourse, emailing and automatically recording email actions was very slick. I believe that this should be a priority for getting this capability available via NXT.
