I agree with David Dines. We are transitioning from Mailchimp and they had the ability to put in a YouTube url and it would automatically grab the thumbnail from the video and use it as the image and link to the video. I am looking for the same thing. For now, I have to grab a screenshot from the video, use Photoshop to add a play button, upload the image, and set it up as a link to the YouTube video. That's a lot of steps for something that could be programmed.

I know my org would love to be able to have video play within emails sent from RENXT, the reality is that most email platforms won't play a video embedded in the email. Our workaround has been to create a still-image of the video and make it clickable so that it opens the video in its hosted website in a new browser window. Perhaps that's what you're asking for.

What would be a great addition to the RENXT email tool would be the ability for the system to give us an interface that allows the system to do all the grunt work; for example, all we would need to do is enter in the YouTube url for the video and the system creates the clickable still-image that gets embedded in the email.
