Embed Videos in NXT Email
NXT email is online - please allow us to embed videos in the email. Constituents are so visually-based this would be a huge asset in moving us away from relying on Constant Contact/other email clients.

Yes, the ability to embed a video directly in an NXT email would make life easier.
The work around I've been using is adding a photo and making that a clickable link to where the video is hosted online. It is not an ideal long term solution.
We have been sending video thank yous to our monthly donors which has been a huge hit! Now, with our conversion to all Blackbaud products, we will no longer be able to do that or will have to use a third-party platform. Extremely disappointing.

Having the ability to embed videos in emails is critical! Having to set up a separate webpage so that email readers can watch a video so is crazy. So many other systems enable video embeds in emails!
Please, please, PRETTY PLEASE add this feature. The idea is from 2019, that's pre-covid times, you know how cool it would've been to add a fun little video in a marketing newsletter during the pandemic? The answer is it would've been SO STINKING COOL!
Now I understand, you probably have a lot on your plate, but again this has been open since 2019 my friend, let's change history by allowing marketing email be more accessible to donor's who need a more audio experience that isn't just a phone call saying "hey give me your money" but rather have an email form a student that a donor has helped saying "hey thank you for your money."
I guess it's ok that you haven't done anything of value for me by not having this feature yet, it's just now I have to link a youtube video (with ads) to my marketing email. So please vote yes on this idea.
I see this idea is from March 2019. It's been almost four years.
A definite must add! Having to go through a third party to send a video is over the top.
