Embed Videos in NXT Email
NXT email is online - please allow us to embed videos in the email. Constituents are so visually-based this would be a huge asset in moving us away from relying on Constant Contact/other email clients.

My marketing and development teams ask me about this on a regular basis. A redirect to a link or YouTube video is not enough.
Making people have to click on a link and head to YouTube or having to post it somewhere on our website isn't always the best answer.

Yes, the ability to embed a video directly in an NXT email would make life easier.
The work around I've been using is adding a photo and making that a clickable link to where the video is hosted online. It is not an ideal long term solution.
We have been sending video thank yous to our monthly donors which has been a huge hit! Now, with our conversion to all Blackbaud products, we will no longer be able to do that or will have to use a third-party platform. Extremely disappointing.

Definitely a must!
Having the ability to embed videos in emails is critical! Having to set up a separate webpage so that email readers can watch a video so is crazy. So many other systems enable video embeds in emails!
