Like many organisations in the UK and Europe, we have been contacting supporters to get their consent for the new GDPR rules. As a result we have a number of media files (emails and consent forms) which need to be added to many constituents. It would be a good idea for RE7/NXT to have a file adding tool where you could add these files in bulk rather than going on to each constituent, similar to an import. For example, you could choose which constituents to add the files to via their constituent IDs, enter required fields and other information and select an individual file for each constituent as you would normally- in my case it would be a saved email from each person giving their consent for future contact. When you click 'Add' all of these files are then added to their constituents, eliminating the need to add media to each individual record.
