Be able to adjust stock gift (ability to adjust all gift types!)

We need the ability to adjust stock gifts. Deleting the gift and re-entering leave too much room for errors.
We should be able to to adjust any gift and gift type without having to zero out (or delete) and re-enter. The same for pledges, planned gifts, etc.
