Provide an option to use pledge balance when reporting giving committed or received

In setting up dashboards to show YTD Giving, if I use pledge as a gift type along with pledge payments, I get the pledge amount total not the balance, which inflates the total.

SUPER problematic, please give us the ability to see only outstanding pledge balances. We can't use Committed to measure progress against the Goal if half of the Committed money has also been Received.
