Our UK donors commonly use direct debit as the preferred method of giving.  These DD are usually open ended so don't have a formal pledge value.

However, in our reporting on committed gifts it would be significantly under reporting to exclude them and here we tend to use a four-year pledge value (e.g. if someone has pledged £100 per annum by DD we will count £400 as the committed total).

It would be great to be able to build this into the fundraising reports so that organisations can choose the time-frame for recurring gifts they would like to include in their reports.
