Anywhere in NXT that is "alphabetical," the user should be able to choose to sort alphabetically by Last Name rather than First Name if desired. For example, when we create a Dashboard that is viewable by Constituent, NXT automatically sorts them by First Name. It would be easier if we had the option to sort by Last Name.
