Add Option for Constituents Name to Stay at Top of Window in NXT

With the copious amount of information on any one constituent's record, it would be great to have the option to allow the constituent's name to stay at the top of the window as you scroll down. This is similar to how most websites keep their top header menu on top of the window no matter how far you scroll down.
