Agreed! In addition to older actions without assigned solicitors, we also have new actions added through the web view from users who didn't realize they needed to click the "me" link to assign it to themselves, and actions added through the new Outlook add-in which doesn't have the option to assign a solicitor. Having to switch to the database view to figure out which user added an action is cumbersome, especially since we're trying to shift our users to using the web view more or even exclusively.
