When creating a custom Headline Insight where you compare two Measures of data the percentage that's calculated is not intuitive. Instead of saying -34% it should say 66%. So then you would look at it and say the larger number (the primary measure) makes up 66% of the smaller number (the secondary measure), instead of saying it makes up -34%. It seems like it's making it needlessly harder to read.
