When a constituent opts out from OLX in db view, the opt out is visible immediately in the Appeals tab, but when looking in RE NXT, one would have to add the column "Response" in order to see that the constituent opted out from that particular appeal.  This should be automatic information that appears so that dev officers don't have to manually add it.
