More control needed over OE-NXT interface

We run 4 or 5 Appeals a year. For instance we run one at New Year - the New Year Appeal.
For each Appeal we set up a single Appeal record and post all income from that Appeal to that Appeal record.
An Appeal usually involves several tailored emails (as well as 2 or 3 tailored mails) to particular segments of our database. We don't want the Appeal table filled up with an additional Appeal record for each mailing!
We do however want a record in the Action list of exactly which email a constituent was sent.
I would have thought the way we use Appeals (1 Appeal record = 1 Appeal) and Actions (I Action record = 1 email broadcast/mailing) was fairly normal.

However assuming some RE NXT users like the way OE uses Appeals then we think there should be options to give us Control. For example:

- Ask if we want an Appeal record set up

- Ask if we want an Action record set up
