Mirror AddressFinder settings from Database View to Web View

The settings for running AddressFinder in the web view are very simplified. We would like to see similar options seen in the Database view for:

  • Proper case / Capitalize
  • Address Line Format (all on same line, secondary address above or below)
  • Do not abbreviate address elements

    Additionally, mirror the database view ability to select which address type to send through the service, rather than automatically sending the primary/preferred.
